The seminar on “Regulating de facto cohabitation in a comparative, UK and Belgian perspective” is being organised as a part of the Louvain Global College of Law fellowship of Professor Jens Scherpe at UCLouvain.
Jens’ comparative law presentation will be followed by presentations by Professors Andy Hayward, Nathalie Dandoy and Elise Goossens. The topic is important, as the sometimes inequitable outcomes of de facto relationships are widely acknowledged, and regulations/reforms have been under consideration for a long time, in Belgium and abroad.
Registration is free but mandatory. Teams participation is also available.
